Return Policy

1. Right of Return

Customers are entitled to return purchased goods within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.

2. Conditions of Return

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within the 14-day return period.

  • The item must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, including all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories.

  • Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of use beyond necessary handling will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

The customer shall bear the full cost of return shipping.

  • The company is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels during return transit.

  • Customers are strongly advised to use a trackable and insured shipping method when returning goods.

4. Refunds

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, the company will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within five (5) to ten (10) business days.

  • Original shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

5. Exclusions

The right of return does not apply to:

  • Items that have been custom-made or personalized.

  • Perishable goods or items not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons (if packaging has been opened).

  • Items returned after the 14-day period.

The company will provide the customer with return instructions, including the return address. Returns sent without prior notification may not be processed.
